Interdimensional Council

The Interdimensional Council is a governing body of extradimensional entities that oversees much of the administration of the Cosmos and provides governmental control over the society of the entities themselves. We know few details of how this body came to be, how it operates, or who or what controls it. It has been mentioned in passing on several occasions by both the Gamester and Mischief, often in conjunction with a single high-power entity known as Justice. It is apparent that even renegade entities such as Pandemonium acknowledge the reach of the Council's power, even if they do not respect it.
