College of Nursing International Medical Mission 2005 Costa Rica and Nicaragua
We started this trip in the capital city of San Jose, Costa Rica working with Nicaraguan refugees, where we provided not only primary and tropical medical care, but also dental services. We stayed at this location for two days then relocated to the island of Ometepe in Nicaragua. While on the island we had the opportunity to move from village to village providing medical care.
